Navigation Widget
The navigate widget is super powerful and works with your audiences that you have built from attributes or tags. A couple of ways you can use this widget are listed below.
- Identifying a returning user and redirecting them so they don't go through the same dialogues they have already went through. This is good to use when running a contest.
- To calculate a quiz
- To redirect users based on the audience they are in.
A cool way to use this feature is to do something called versioning. This is a different version of a dialogue. Let's say you have 3 different versions of your welcome message. Each time someone visits your bot they can be tagged as Version 1. Then they next time they come back we can set the Navigation widget to redirect anyone with the tag "version 1" to go to "Version 2". This is a good way to keep your bot fresh.
