Disable Facebook and Instagram Engagement Autoresponder

1. Click on the ellipses then select Settings.
Under System Messages > Q&A Settings select Ignore unanswered questions if you want to prevent the bot from responding with the Catch-all FB & IG Autoresponder.

On the Autoresponder builder, switch to the Instagram/Facebook tab. Each has its own Catch-All Autoresponder.
